VFFS → Conveyor → Case packer · Line 6
Skills you can check. On your machine, by your own people.
Veya is the record of what a skilled worker has been evaluated to do: which machine, which plant, who watched, and when. You decide on that, not on a résumé.
The record, not the résumé
Every evaluation names the employer, the machine and the person who watched. It is dated, kept, and stays attached to the equipment it was done on.

Get evaluated on real equipment
A trainer at an employer watches you run the machine and writes it down.
- 02
Keep the record
It is yours. It stays on file, with the date and the machine, until it expires.

What Veya will not show you
No photos before an offer.
Nobody is picked by how they look. No photo appears until there is an offer.
No numbers on people.
We never put a number on a person. Workers are shown by what was evaluated, not by a guess.
No rating without its basis.
A rating says how many people gave it, what it measured and who they were. Without that, it is not shown.
